After many years of success with well-established, albeit conventional, benefits communication, Jabil’s benefits team realized they needed to overhaul their approach to better reach a workforce now spread across five different generations and more closely reflect the innovation-driven culture of their company’s brand.
With enrollment quickly approaching, the team needed help to make change happen, effectively and efficiently.
Working closely with the benefits team, ROC led a drive toward digital that touched all aspects of benefits and well-being communication, including overhauling content, streamlining delivery and launching a new visual identity across the entire benefits and well-being platform. New material is now digital-responsive, so employees have quality experiences across all their devices.
